the Dogs and Frogs Want You to attend!

This year is our 50th Anniversary and it will be celibrated with two events!

HMM-364 50th Anniversary Reunion

29 Sep 2011 - 2 Oct 2011:
What has become of all those Marines that we served with in HMM-364 the "World Famous Purple Foxes"?  Several years ago a few of the (63-66) HMM-364 people got together swapped a few stories and wondered what had happened to the rest of the squadron.  Generating many e-mails and phone calls, we began locating more of the Marines that served in our great squadron.   One thing has led to another and we now want you to help celebrate the "50th Anniversary" of our squadron.  This gathering will be held in Mesquite NV. Sept 29th 2011 to Oct 2nd 2011 time frame and everyone that has ever been a "Purple Fox" is welcome!  This get together will be to see old friends, re-tell some stories. and re-establish contact with some damn interesting squadron mates.

10 Nov 2011 - 13 Nov 2011:
The Commanding Officer of HMM-364 would like to formally extend an invitation to all squadron members (past and present, Navy and Marine Corps) to join in a celebration of 236 years of faithful service and 50 years of aviation excellence. Take advantage of the great weather in sunny San Diego to join your fellow squadron mates as we recognized how far we have come, where we are now, and where we have yet to go. Planned activities include a squadron golf tournament (all duffers welcome), a senior leadership round table, squadron tours, the San Diego Veteran's Day Parade and, of course, the Marine Corps birthday ball.

Details are still being worked on and specific information will be forth coming as it becomes available so, for now, clear your calendars and polish your boots.

For those of you that think you might want to join us, We hope you will attend, but if not - drop us a line or email anyway, just to let us know how you're doing.
