Larry Henderson won a Marine Corps flag signed by all in attendance.

Marshall Ojeda won an American flag flown by HMM-364 on a combat mission in Iraq.  It was accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Jim Hall accepting the UH-34 donated by Colonel John LaVoy on behalf of Ron Knight's daughter, Michele, who had to leave before the dinner.

The UH-34 that Jim Hall won.  The three items mentioned raised over $400.00 that was donated to the active duty squadron's "welfare and recreational fund."  Your tax dollars do not support those functions for our active Purple Foxes.  I am told that this $400.00 will go to assist in covering the costs of this year's Birthday Ball.

Southern Girl

Two bored Eurica casino dealers are waiting at the crap table. A very attractive Blonde woman from Kentucky arrived and bet $20,000 on a single roll of the dice. She said, "I hope you don't mind, but I feel much luckier when I play topless."

With that, she stripped to the waist; rolled the dice; and yelled, "Come on, Baby, Southern Girl needs new shoes!"

As the dice came to a stop, she jumped up-and-down, and squealed..."YES! YES! I WON! I WON!"

She hugged each of the dealers. Then she picked up her winnings and her clothes, and quickly departed.

The dealers stared at each other dumfounded. Finally, one of them asked, "What did she roll?"

The other answered, "I don't know. I thought you were watching."
