Guys, I am sorry to tell you in this way, but Chuck passed away last night at the age of 56 form a stomach aneurysm.  He was at the lake house and I was in Memphis with a friend who is dying.  I tried and tried to call him and got no answer so I called the police and had them go to check on him.  He had passed away sometime during the night sitting in the chair (where he always sat) in the dining room. 
 
He is at Roller-McNutt funeral home in Clinton, Arkansas.  Visitation will be on Sunday, September 25, 2005 from 2 to 4 pm. and the funeral, also at the funeral home, on Monday, September 26, 2005 at 1:00 pm.

Wish I could talk to you all, but that will come later.  Thank you being wonderful friends to him.
