WILLIAMS UNITED STATES NAVY for service as set forth in the following CITATION: "For professional achievement in the superior performance of duty while serving as the Patrol Wings Pacific, Detachment Adak, Alaska from October 1985 to December 1985. Petty Officer Williams' selection as the detach- ment's Senior Sailor of the Quarter attests to his superior abilities. He was directly responsible for the complete rewrite of the Task Group Watch Officer's Guide, Watch Officer's Guide and TACPAC. His indoctrination briefings contributed greatly to the smooth and successful completion of the Maritime Patrol Aviation squadron turnover at Naval Air Station, Adak. Petty Officer Williams' professional performance, initiative and dedication to duty reflected great credit upon himself and were in keeping with the highest traditions of the United States Naval Service." /s/ O.
