One of the 50 cal holes compliments of the NVA surrounding Khe Sanh's Hill 881S.  This damage was sustained to Cpl. Randy "Bald Eagle" Young's YK-6 with LtCol. Gulling leading another "Super Gaggle" flight in support of the hill under siege.

"Hey John, that's right I am the one pictured, I always wore my watch with the face to the inside.  I can't remember how many times we made that trip to Hill 881S LZ but it was quite often," states Cpl. Randy Young.

On our way to Hill 881S.  IFR looking down through the 'hell hole'.  We found the zone and troops got whatever it was swinging below us.  Pilots having diffucult time flying IFR with swinging load.
