Resupply mission to unknown fire base. This
was before the TET Offensive and we were loaded internally. After
TET all resupply missions were carried externally.

SSgt. Jack Dempsey Deese was the NCOIC of the Avionics
Shop. SSgt. Deese was killed at his work station on the evening of
May 26, 1968 during a mortar attack on the Phu Bai airfield.
