The following are photos from Bob Arrotta's burial at Arlington National Cemetary on Dec 15.
Glenn Prentice purchased a uniform that he wore as he escorted Bob's casket across the country from California to Washington. He did an outstanding job and a great service to all of Bob's friends.
"I escorted Bob home from San Diego to Washington D.C. It was Bob's wish was to be buried near his twin brother who died in a car crash when he was in high school.  Bob also requested that I bring him home and I was able to make his wishes happen with a lot of help from his friends.  Who arranged Bob to be buried next to his brother I do not know,  because I asked many of his friends to help!"  Glenn Prentice
Bob grew up in Bethesda, MD and his sister, Janet Sisco still lives there. She held a reception the night before the burial at her house in Bethesda. In addition to Bob's family, attendees included MajGen Matt Caulfield, USMC (Ret), MajGen Les Palm, USMC (Ret), John Roots, Bob Tipton, Rich Foley, Dick Dworsky, Dennis Mannion, all of whom served with Bob on Hill 881S. These friends shared many stories about Bob at the reception, and General Caulfield made moving remarks at graveside.

These two are views of the a beautiful surroundings of Bob's final resting place.

The next four photos show the appropriate honors being shown while the casket is moved into place for the services.
