Sgt. Gary L. Galloway who was a member of the MABS-16
Motor Pool and took the above two pictures. Sgt. Galloway volunteered
to accept TAD orders to HMM-364 to fly as a gunner for the squadron.
While serving in this capacity for thirty days he amassed over 100 flight
hours.

The "training wheels" are missing, but this is what
Col. Hayward Smith presented to LtCol. Schalgren in place of his wrecked
jeep. The Webmaster believes there is more to this
story. Time will tell.-
