Description: While approaching Landing Zone
at 500 feet and 100 knots, helicopter took one hit of small arms/automatic
weapon fire. Aircraft was hit in the forward area.

Continued flight and accomplished all mission objectives.

Description: While at unknown feet and unknown
knots, helicopter took two hits of small arms/automatic weapon fire to
the bottom of the aircraft causing spalling.

Recovery
Description: While departing the Landing Zone
at 30 feet and 50 knots, aircraft took three hits of small arms/automatic
weapon fire in the cockpit area.

Evacuation
Description: While approaching the LZ at 150
feet and 10 knots, aircraft took 19 hits of small arms/automatic weapon
fire in the forward area.
Systems Damage: Main Rotor Sys, Electrical Sys, Communication
Sys, Hydraulic Sys, Flight Control Sys and Oil Sys.
Casualties: 01 WIA
Helicopter made a precautionary landing and mission
was terminated. Aircraft was recovered and repaired in theater.

and 10 knots, aircraft took 5 hits of small arms/automatic weapons fire

Casualties: 04 KIA, 05 Injured
Helicopter crashed and was destroyed by fire.
